How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your StaffHawk account directly from within the app at any time. To do so:

  1. Open the StaffHawk app and log in.
  2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account will be permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email address, phone number, profile photo)
  • Your login credentials and authentication details
  • Your device push notification token
  • All notifications associated with your account
  • Your shift history and check-in/check-out records

What Data May Be Retained

Some data may be retained after account deletion where required for legal, compliance, or legitimate business purposes:

  • Invoices and billing records - invoices that reference your work may be retained by the company that employed you for their accounting and legal obligations. Your personal details within these records are anonymised where possible.
  • Payroll records - payslips already issued and finalised may be retained for statutory compliance purposes.

Company Account Deletion

If you are a company owner, deleting your account will also soft-delete your company and cancel all active jobs and upcoming shifts. Workers assigned to those jobs will be notified. Company data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion to allow for any disputes or data export requests.
