Frequently asked questions
What counts as a check-in?
Each time a worker checks in to a shift, that counts as one check-in. Check-outs do not count separately. The monthly limit resets at the start of each billing cycle.
What happens if I reach my check-in limit?
On the Free plan, new check-ins will be paused until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to instantly increase your limit to 600 check-ins/month.
Is there a per-worker fee?
No. StaffHawk is priced on check-ins, not headcount. You can have as many workers as you need on any plan — you only pay based on how active your workforce is each month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, with no extra charges.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No credit card required for the Free plan. You only need to enter payment details when upgrading to Pro.
