StaffHawk doesn't use one big company-wide team list — workers are added per job. That keeps each job's roster to just the people who actually work it.
Adding a worker
- 1Open a job and go to the Workers tab (or the Roster).
- 2Search for the worker by email or username and add them — this creates their shift and sends an invite.
- 3If they're not on StaffHawk yet, you can invitethem; they'll get a link to join and see the shift.
Teams
Teams are your company's worker list. Add people from Teamsin the sidebar, and every team appears in the roster's worker rail so you can drag them onto days without searching each time.
Membership also decides what a worker can do: only team members can swap shifts or request leave. Workers are notified when you add them and can see which workplace they belong to in the app. Removing someone takes both away, though they keep any shifts already assigned. A worker belongs to one team at a time — adding them to another moves them.
The Free plan allows 3 teams of up to 15 workers; Pro allows 10 teams of up to 40.
